It can be so hard! All this ughy stuff happening all around us, and we feel helpless, and even numb, like we can’t do a damn thing about any of it.

So we sit eyes glued to screens as our energy dribbles and drabbles away and out of our bodies.

STOP THAT! Don’t allow that to happen anymore!

RESOLVE to shift where your energy goes, so you can stop feeling helpless and useless. So you can stand up for what you believe in your heart of hearts to be right and good.

What’s a good way to shift your energy? Here:

Close your eyes and feel where your best energy is in your body.

Send it down into the earth, down to the center, the core, and let the earth clean it and kiss it and sweeten it up.

Now let that beautiful energy flow back up into your feetses & legs and belly & arms, and let it flow out your fingers in great gusts and streams of love and creativity and truth.

You’ll be surprised what comes out of doing that.

Now you can make more art for delight, make more music for joy, write articles and posts and books inspiring us with your passion and purpose.

Now you can make phone calls to your reps, stand up in meetings, and have the courage and solid voice to say what you care about. Take a stand for peace, co-operation, regeneration.

Do SOMEthing other than sitting on your duff scrolling and emoji-ing.

And guess who needs to do this too! Right - yours truly!

Today I noticed that my Red Bud tree is making red buds - woohoo! The magnolia over my neighbor’s fence is making lovely little fat buds and blooming into beautiful blossoms.

And my daffies out front are in full bloom. I’m so grateful to have such beauty all around me.

Spring is coming, whether we see it or not!
